No, all TGP and MPG sites in our database are ready for submit – if you have a partner account, you only have to fill in the login and password for the sites and start submitting.
- Many TGPs/MGPs in other submitters are out-dated or not functional, how do you make sure the database is as up-to-date as possible?
That is why we programmed complicated external applications whose task is to sort out functional and non-functional TGPs. They are robots which run through the central database and evaluate each TGP/MGP it contains.
- It bothers when you have to download new reciprocal buttons whenever the database is updated, how do you solve this?
You don't need to download any reciprocal buttons when the database is updated, the only thing you need to do is click on Update DB on the software menu and see the DB update run. Reciprocal buttons are updated during the TGP/MGP update.

- How can I upgrade the previous version to the new version of Chameleon TGP/MGP Submitter 4.60?
For those who are still using versions older than 4.60 :
1) Finish any submit process which may be running!
2) DO NOT uninstall the old version!
3) Log in to the members area, go to the Buy section (click on BUY in the Members Section menu on the left of the page) and click on the Upgrade button.
4) Download Chameleon460.exe from the Download section and use the new serial number.
5) Install the new version in the SAME directory where the previous version is located.
6) If you did all this then all settings from the old database are automatically imported into the new version when you first start it.
7) If you have your own sites in the database, do not forget to lock them before running the first Database
Update (after the installation) or they might be removed by the program automatically. Please note: In the near future we will discontinue support for older versions older, so please upgrade soon! This is for your benefit because the new version has seen a number of improvements and several bugs were removed...
- How much does Chameleon TGP/MGP Submitter cost?

- For some reason, codes are no longer completed in the form during manual submit even though the completion worked without problems before. What should I do?
If you want to have codes completed in forms automatically, make sure you have sufficient free space in the ‘Temporary Internet Files’ folder. Please clean the folder contents regularly.
- When I run Chameleon TGP/MGP Submitter for the first time I get an error message saying that I have no MDAC and Jet support modules. What are they for and what should I do?
MDAC and Jet are Microsoft database engines needed to display the sites in the database correctly. In the latest versions of Windows these modules are installed per default but in older versions of Windows they may be missing. You will therefore need to download these modules from Microsoft web pages and install them before installing Chameleon TGP/MGP Submitter.
- When I attempted to run CS I got a database error message even though it had been working without problems before. What does it mean and what should I do?
This means that your database has been somehow damaged and CS itself therefore can not be launched. To fix the problem, try the following:
Open Start menu > Run > enter the full path to the chameleon.exe file using the Browse button. Enter a blank space and add /R. The command should look like: “C:\Program Files\Chameleon Submitter\chameleon.exe” /R
Click on the OK button and the database should automatically be repaired and reduced (without any information loss). If you cannot run the software even after this action, please contact CS support.
- What should I do if I want to prolong the validity of my licence?
Please log in to the members area at https://secure.chameleonsubmitter.com/php/login.php, go to the BUY section and select the period for which you want to prolong your licence. Confirm your selection by clicking on the PURCHASE button.
After payment, you will be able to continue using your original version without reinstalling it, until the pre-paid period expires.
- I do not see any option to prolong the validity of the purchased licence in the member area BUY section. What should I do?
Please be patient, you can not prolong earlier than 2 weeks before expiry.
- When will the prepaid period of the prolonged licence start to run? At the moment of purchase or expiry of the previous version?
This depends on when you prolong your version. If you do so before the expiry of the validity period of your previous licence, then the new period only begins on its expiry.
If you prolong after the expiry of your original licence, then the new period runs from the moment of purchase.
